Sandy’s Seasonal Special: Pizza Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 onion diced
- 16 oz pkg spaghetti; cooked
- 1 cut up green onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 2 large jars of pasta sauce
- 1 bag thin sliced pepperoni
- 1 lb sausage, cooked & drained (reserve saved)
- 1 bag real bacon pieces
- 1 bag swiss cheese
- 1 bag Italian blend cheese
- 1/2 bag pepper jack cheese
- 1 can mushrooms drained or sliced fresh
- 1 can sliced black olives
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning
Sandy’s Tips
- make sure the foil does not touch the cheese
- Enjoy with family

- Brown hamburger and onion
- Add the rest (except the macaroni)
- Cook macaroni to add last
- Bring to a boil
- Let simmer for 20 minutes
