Gallet Life Happenings

The past few months have been filled with big milestones, family adventures, and exciting moments for the Gallet family — and we’re excited to share them with you!

Caden officially wrapped up his high school wrestling career, and while an injury prevented him from finishing his season the way he hoped, we are incredibly proud of him. One of his biggest honors came shortly after when he was recognized as Official of the Year at the Kansas Kids State Wrestling Tournament. Even more impressive, Caden made history as the first-ever high schooler to officiate at the Kids State Tournament — a huge achievement! We’re so proud to see him transition into the next chapter of his athletic career as he heads to The University of Saint Mary to wrestle in college.

The whole Gallet crew also squeezed in a much-needed spring break trip to Disney World in March — one of our favorite places to make memories! We loved soaking up the sunshine, enjoying all the Disney magic, and spending time together as a family. There’s nothing like a little Disney magic to kick off spring!

Speaking of adventures, Terri and Mallory are off this week to San Diego for a marketing conference, where they’ll connect with other industry leaders and gain new insights to bring back to Envirotech. Meanwhile, James has been a world traveler — traveling from Memphis to Texas to Nebraska for work events and putting his pilot’s license to good use enjoying flights around the KC area. He’s been loving the warmer weather and clear skies!

Our family is also growing in the best way — we’ve officially welcomed baby Banks into the world in March! 💙 We couldn’t be more excited to have a new little one join the family. And the excitement doesn’t stop there — we recently celebrated Haley’s baby shower, and now we’re counting down the days until we get to meet her sweet little one and baby Anderson! It’s such a joyful season for us, and we’re grateful for every moment.

As we head into spring, we’re looking forward to more warm weather, family time, and adventure. We hope you’re making the most of this new season too! And don’t forget — scroll to the bottom of this newsletter to catch a peek at Sandy’s Seasonal Special, where you’ll also see a sweet photo of Sandy and baby Banks! 💙

Maintenance Checklist

As we transition into warmer weather, it’s important to ensure your HVAC system is ready to keep your home cool and comfortable. Here’s a quick spring maintenance checklist to follow:

  • Replace your air filter — This is a quick and easy way to keep your air clean and your system running efficiently.
  • Clear debris around your outdoor unit — Leaves, dirt, and branches can block airflow, making your system work harder than necessary.
  • Test your thermostat — Switch your thermostat over to cooling mode and make sure it’s reaching your desired temperature.
  • Schedule your spring HVAC maintenance — Having a professional check your system ensures everything is running efficiently and can help prevent costly repairs later.
  • Check your vents and registers — Make sure they’re not blocked by furniture or dust to allow for proper airflow.
  • Consider upgrading to a smart thermostat — A smart thermostat can help reduce energy costs and keep your home comfortable year-round.

👉 Pro Tip: Scheduling your spring maintenance now can help you avoid any unexpected breakdowns when the summer heat hits! Contact us at 913-268-6700 to book your maintenance today.
