Exciting News from Envirotech Heating & Cooling!

We’ve had a busy and exciting start to the year! We were honored to be named Business of the Month by the Basehor Chamber of Commerce, and we look forward to attending the ReHope Gala in support of an important cause in our community.

We’re also proud to share that Envirotech Heating & Cooling has been named a finalist for the 2026 ACCA Commercial Contractor of the Year. This national recognition reflects the hard work of our team and our commitment to doing things the right way on every project — big or small. We look forward to attending the ceremony in March.

Our team was recently asked to participate in a photoshoot for a workwear clothing brand, and we can’t wait to share those photos soon. We’ve also continued supporting local events to kick off the year, including sponsoring the Bobcat Classic Wrestling Tournament.

On the job site, we recently completed a really cool install featuring radiant in-floor heating — be sure to check out our social media to see photos from that project!

As a reminder, January and February are typically the coldest months of the year, which means your furnace is working overtime. Now is a great time to make sure your system is properly maintained to avoid unexpected breakdowns during peak winter weather.

We have even more exciting things planned for the year ahead and can’t wait to bring you along. Be sure to follow us on social media, check out our blog, and don’t forget to try Sandy’s Seasonal Special recipe this month!

HVAC Tips for Winter

As winter stretches on, your heating system is working harder than ever. A few simple habits can help keep things running smoothly through the coldest weeks:

  • Change or check your air filter regularly to keep airflow strong
  • Listen for new or unusual noises — they can be early warning signs
  • Keep vents clear of furniture, rugs, and decor Watch for uneven heating or cold spots around your home
  • Don’t ignore dry air issues, as they can affect both comfort and system performance
  • Catching small issues now can help prevent late-winter breakdowns and keep your home comfortable until spring.

If something doesn’t feel right, we’re always happy to take a look — and we offer free estimates with honest guidance.

If your home feels extra dry this winter — dry skin, scratchy throats, or constant static shocks — you’re not alone. Cold winter air naturally holds less moisture, and when your furnace runs nonstop, indoor humidity can drop even further.

Improving indoor air quality can make your home feel more comfortable, help reduce allergy irritation, and even make your space feel warmer without turning up the thermostat.

From whole-home humidifiers to air quality upgrades, we’re here to help you find what makes sense for your home.

We offer free estimates and honest guidance — no pressure, just answers.
